Darul Yatama Wal Masakeen depends largely on community funding.
The Ramadaan collection is one of the most successful fundraising features of the year and brings in a substantial amount to the organisation.
Tins placed at business houses brings in a fair amount.
The Arbaab community shop is another source of funding with fundraising sales held on Saturdays with items donated from the public.
Monthly grant from the Department of Social Welfare for the Children’s Home.
The Organisation has embarked on a fundraising drive.
The Trustees, Office Bearers and Board of Management would like to thank all Donors, sponsors and well wishers over the years for their generosity especially during the month of Ramadaan.
May Allah (SWT) reward you all abundantly in this world and the hereafter, Ameen.

All Finances collected are kept in a non interest bearing account and the Zakaat funds received independently to the other funds. The assets and income and expenditure of the Organisation together with the building fund reserves as per audited financials as at 31 March 2009 together with the unaudited forecast for 2010 is shown in the graph. |
